Through a three-pronged approach, we aim to create a supportive learning environment for students, equip educators with the necessary skills, and provide schools with essential infrastructure.

Student Support
We offer scholarships, mentorship, and after-school programs to empower students to overcome academic challenges and reach their full potential. Our goal is to build confidence, critical thinking skills, and a lifelong love of learning.
Educator Training
We provide professional development opportunities for teachers to improve their instructional methods, classroom management, and technology integration. By strengthening teacher capacity, we enhance the overall quality of education delivered in our target schools.
School Infrastructure
We collaborate with communities to construct and rehabilitate school buildings, providing safe and conducive learning environments. Our focus is on improving classrooms, libraries, sanitation facilities, and other essential infrastructure to support the educational process.
ENOV8 Programme
TBF’s ENOV8 Programme is a comprehensive initiative designed to stimulate innovation, entrepreneurship, and agricultural development. By empowering young people and supporting farmers, we aim to create a thriving and sustainable economy.
Youth Entrepreneurship
ENOV8 provides a platform for young people to develop their entrepreneurial skills and transform innovative ideas into successful businesses. Through mentorship, business training, and access to finance, we support young entrepreneurs in overcoming challenges and building sustainable enterprises. Our focus is on creating jobs, fostering economic growth, and addressing youth unemployment.
Agricultural Innovation
By partnering with farmers, ENOV8 promotes the adoption of innovative agricultural practices that increase productivity, improve food security, and enhance farmers’ livelihoods. We offer training on modern farming techniques, access to agricultural technologies, and support for value-added products. Our goal is to strengthen the agricultural sector, create market linkages, and contribute to rural development.
